The current Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for engineering services are listed with a short description and the due date. Statements of Qualifications must be received by the date and time according to the selected RFQ.
26, 28, 34 N. Main Street Demo and New Access Road (Design)
Description: The project is in the downtown area of the Village of Roseville, Ohio on the North side of Main Street. The project will include demolishing of approximately 3,000 square-foot, two story residential structure, an approximately 4,000 square foot, two-story commercial structure, and an approximately 1,000 square-foot storage shed. The project includes designing and developing an access road to Potters Lane from Main Street with sidewalks. Total project cost is $340,000 including non-construction cost. This project is being funded by Appalachian Development Program through the State of Ohio and ODOT SIB Loan.
Furnish Statement of Qualifications to support the design and construction of the Project to include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Survey
- Demolition
- Traffic Control Devices/ITS
- Transportation Management Plan
- Right of Way
- Utilities
- Sign Structures
- Public Involvement/Outreach
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Construction Engineering and Inspection
- Overall Project Management

Project Information Meeting: A project information meeting will be held on Friday, May 22, 2020 for potential Offerors at the property 26, 28, 34 N. Main Street at 1:30 PM (prevailing local time).
